About ZenStar
ZenStar, our signature product, is an upcycled liquid compost derived from supermarket surplus produce and infused with marine algae, to enhance soil fertility and plant vitality.
This compost embodies a circular economic model by using surplus produce from large grocery stores into a powerful agricultural resource. Instead of letting excess produce go to waste, our partners in Monterrey, Mexico collect the produce and transform it into nutrient-rich liquid compost, supporting regenerative farming and reducing environmental impact.
Product Processing Cycle
1. Collection Everyday tons of unused and unsold produce is collected from grocers across Nuevo León, MX
2. Processing & Purification The collected produce is transported to our trusted partners at Sonne Energéticos, where it undergoes a meticulous cleansing and purification process. This ensures that the nutrient-rich profile is preserved while it is transformed into a high-quality liquid form.
3. Nutrient Enhancement To further enrich ZenStar, we integrate our premium micronutrient blend, which includes: 90% Ascophyllum Nodosum (a highly beneficial algae species) 2% Spirulina (a superfood packed with essential nutrients) 8% Macrocystis Pyrifer & Fucus Vesiculosus (powerful seaweed extracts known for their bioactive properties)
4. Quality Control & Bottling Before bottling, every batch undergoes quality control and thorough residual impurity inspections. Only after meeting the highest standards is the product cleared for packaging.
5. Distribution Once fully processed and bottled, ZenStar liquid compost is shipped to Cool Technologies, Inc. in Texas, where it is prepared for final distribution across the U.S. and abroad.
This carefully refined process allows us to transform excess produce into a powerful, sustainable product that nourishes both plants, the planet and actively supports regenerative, sustainable agriculture.
